Warren Howlett just finished fourth in his latest race and the team manager for Big Daddy reports that he has been offered a very high price for his stars services. "I tell managers all the time that he is currently under contract and Team Big Daddy has no intentions of releasing him from his contract"

Yes dont sell him. He will help you to advance to higher divisions and with the money you earn invest in training another rider. And so on and so on...
dont sell him, it is very hard to get a rider like that. He will make you a lot of money the coming seasons.
If you sell him make sure you get the right price, so it in the open on the transfer forum so they can start a bidding war ;)
